Editorial Standards & Code Testing Policy

At RblxWiki, we believe that players and game creators deserve factual, thoroughly tested, and completely honest game intelligence. This document details our verification protocols, editorial integrity guarantees, and correction mechanisms.

1. The 7-Step In-Game Verification Pipeline

Unlike content aggregators that copy unverified code lists from social media comments, RblxWiki employs a mandatory 7-step testing protocol before any promo code is classified as ACTIVE:

1 Primary Source Ingestion

Codes are tracked exclusively from official developer Discord announcements, verified X feeds, and in-game developer update logs.

2 Live Account In-Game Test

An editorial staff member joins the live Roblox experience on clean test accounts and inputs the code into the redemption UI.

3 Reward Verification

We verify the exact reward granted (Cash, Gems, Luck Potions, or Titles) and verify that account balances update accurately.

4 Case-Sensitivity Audit

We test code variations (UPPERCASE vs lowercase vs leading spaces) to provide readers with exact copy-paste formatting.

5 Server Synchronization Check

We confirm whether a newly dropped code works globally or requires joining a brand-new updated server instance.

6 Expiration Tracking

When a code expires, it is moved to the "Expired Codes" table with historical context, preserving search utility without misleading users.

2. Independence & Anti-Commercial Bias

RblxWiki is an independent digital publication. We are not owned by, affiliated with, or operated by Roblox Corporation or any game studio listed on our platform. Our editorial evaluations, tier list rankings, and game reviews are determined solely on empirical merit, combat frame data, and player feedback.

  • No Paid Rank Placement: Developers cannot pay to have their games featured, ranked higher on meta tier lists, or displayed favorably.
  • Zero Fraudulent Generators: We strictly prohibit and warn against third-party "Robux generator" scams, account-checker scripts, and cookie-stealing browser extensions.
  • Original Mathematical Modeling: Our luck calculators and gacha simulators are authored by software engineers and mathematicians using transparent formulas.

3. Corrections & Community Feedback Policy

Live-service gaming ecosystems change rapidly. When developers push hotfixes, codes may expire without advance notice. We maintain an active community reporting channel to update discrepancies within hours.

If you encounter an expired code, an inaccurate moveset damage scaling stat, or wish to suggest a newly released Roblox game, contact our editorial team directly at editorial@rblxwiki.com.
